Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International shipments may incur import taxes, custom duties, or clearance fees once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are assessed by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. 

If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any associated import taxes and return-shipping costs incurred. 

Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office if you have questions. 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages 

Eluma Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. 

We rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmations from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. Claims submitted late may not be honored. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We begin processing immediately, meaning we are unable to make address changes after an order is placed. If the order has already entered processing, we cannot retrieve or modify the shipment.
